About Dennis Adelpour, MBA
Dennis Adelpour is a savvy twenty-first century top-producing realtor who has consistently provided his clients with the best results possible. Dennis believes in doing business with integrity at all times, and is known for delivering what he promises. With a passion to be the very best at his craft, coupled with a responsibility to protect the best interest of his clients, Dennis uses great strategic planning in his business transactions to ensure the best outcomes for the people he chooses to work with. Dennis’ strengths- vast knowledge of real estate, outstanding negotiation skills, integrity, and tact- have contributed greatly to his success in ensuring that his clients receive the best results in their favor.
Graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, Dennis had a distinguished career as an Analytical Chemist at a major medical diagnostics company before joining Berkshire Hathaway. Dennis went on to earn an MBA from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Real Estate Marketing and Negotiations and Statistics. The unique educational combination has enabled Dennis to overcome various challenges from a nontraditional viewpoint and to think innovatively. His analytical and statistical background allow Dennis and his team to create very accurate pricing models and market forecasts to help their clients make sense of the market, choose the correct pricing strategy for the sale of their home and to determine the correct offer price when purchasing to ensure the best deal possible.
After many years of experience, in 2013 Dennis created The Adelpour Group, an award-winning team that caters to every real estate need a client has. Dennis and his team have a record of selling homes at a statistically higher price and faster than other agents. Their passionate, enthusiastic, and perceptive approach yields them outstanding results. Dennis and his team prioritize in providing their clients with the best results and pride themselves in making the transition easy by any means possible.
