I cannot say enough good things about Dennis and his team. My wife and I went through 3 other realtors before we found Dennis and Jordan and we are so happy that we went with them. Dennis was very good at listening to our needs in a home and always made us feel like a priority no matter how many other clients he had at the same time. Dennis was great at being someone who could articulate our needs to the seller in a way that made the seller be more cooperative to give us what we were asking for. He was patient with us as were were first time buyers and made us feel comfortable to ask any question regardless of how silly the question might have been. I would recommend Dennis to any of my family and friends (I already have actually) as someone who will make sure that you get the house that you want for the price you are comfortable with. Never once did we feel like Dennis or his team was "in it for the money." If we ever need a realtor again, Dennis and his team will be the people that we will go with hands down.
